We offer free express postage Australia wide.

  • Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-4 business days for express delivery.
  • Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipped via Express Post. 
  • Australia Post will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.
  • Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.
  • Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been made.

Care Instructions

With proper care, gold vermeil can last for years.
Follow these simple steps to prolong durability:
  • Remove jewellery before exercising and sleeping to avoid excessive contact with natural bodily oils.
  • Apply perfumes, lotions, cosmetics and hair products prior to wearing. 
  • Remove jewellery if using harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Store jewellery in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

Cleaning vermeil:
To avoid build up of oils, dirt or residue clean your jewellery with a chemical free soap and warm water and allow pieces to soak. Rise thoroughly under warm water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
